1) Install  Flameshot on Ubuntu using .deb file that can be found here

2) To get the full benefits of the Flameshot features, switch to Xorg instead of Wayland

3) Create custom shortcut in the system for Flameshot by inserting command: /usr/bin/flameshot gui
